Economic free shipping has an average delivery time of 7-25 business days. EMS has an average delivery time of 5-10 business days. DHL has an average delivery time of 3-5 business days.

Return

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

To return an item, follow the instructions provided on our Return Policy page. You can return any new, unused item within 30 days of receipt of your item and receive full credit on the original payment method. No matter what the return reason is, please contact us via email instead of directly requesting a refund on PayPal.

Customize Ordering

Can you design or customize?

We are trading company, but we have designing team and manufacture from factory directly, and can provide customizing service. Please send drawing or sample, and the new sample will be made accordingly.

Can I add my logo on the aluminum alloy parts?

Yes, please send us the Trademark authorization letter to avoid problem from customs when we export the cargo to you.

What is your terms of packing?

All goods were packed in self-seal bags or bubble bags or brown boxes. They can protect the products well during transportation and save much shipping cost too. We can customize brand logo bags or boxes, and the quantity could be hundreds, and the cost should be paid by you.
