Kawasaki Fuel Cap

The Kawasaki fuel cap can prevent fuel contamination and protect your Kawasaki fuel tank.

Motorcycle fuel tank caps are designed not to be air tight. If the tank would have been air tight fuel flow to carb will be restricted. Given the fuel flow to the carb is gravity assisted, a self-contained venting system on Xiotmer gas cap for vapors to escape as well as to have sufficient pressure balance inside the tank.

• This Gas Fuel Tank Cap is made of 100% CNC machined T6-6063 aluminum.
• There is a so durable NBR sealing gasket and NBR O-ring to prevent oil spilling or leaking.
• They were tested in Gasoline for 30 days, and they are not corroded or become hardened.
• The base cap has a self-contained venting system (no hose), similar to the original OEM fuel cap.
• Easy to use. Press the center cap down a little and turn it open and close smoothly.
